Tom Lex reported on
the Bike/Ped initiative still in development stage, Greenway trust
looking into the abandon rail lines as possible trails.We received
acknowledgement and thanks from Randy DuTeau of Wheel Movement. There
will be a PCC/Georgia Bikes summit in October.
Web Site Updates
David Kjellquist
reported that the access has been changed to current administrator,
and the host account and domain registration is set to automatically
update when due. The routing lists for mail generated on the site to
the club were updated to current officers and appropriate members.
The web site ‘news’ sidebar on the home page now accommodates
seven news items.

list was provided with 3 open items to be completed in Feb.

Motion
was made and passed by the group to add the Scott Richardson
Children’s fund to the ‘for the benefit of’
Membership Renewals
Memberships
are due for renewal. It was agreed to do a mailing to current
members. Chuck Foster offered the use of his postage meter.
Approximately 35 reminders are to be sent.
Cycling Kits
The club is
planning on putting in a new order for Jerseys. Bibs and Shorts will
also be available. We are required to purchase a minimum number(6) –
however the sizes can be mixed to meet the minimum. More detailed
information will be forthcoming in an email.
